These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between First Kind AI Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 44453, Dover, DE 19904, USA ("First Kind AI Inc.", "we", "us", or "our"), and you, regarding your access to and use of the GoMirra AI companion service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use GoMirra. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. GoMirra is strictly an 18+ platform. If we discover that a user is under 18, that account will be terminated immediately.
GoMirra is a platonic AI companion chat service. All companions are fictional, AI-generated characters; no real person is presented as a companion. Companion conversations and images are generated by artificial intelligence, and companion voices are produced by text-to-speech using voice models licensed, with consent, from professional adult voice actors. A companion is not a human being, and you should not treat any response as coming from a real person. GoMirra is designed for adult companionship and entertainment only.
IMPORTANT: GoMirra does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or crisis advice. Nothing a companion says should be relied upon as professional guidance. Always consult a qualified professional for matters involving your health, safety, finances, or legal situation.
CRISIS NOTICE: If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any emergency situation, do not rely on GoMirra. Please contact your local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional immediately.

You retain ownership of content you submit to GoMirra. By submitting content, you grant First Kind AI Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and use your content solely to provide and operate the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
GoMirra is offered on paid Monthly and Yearly subscription plans only. There is no free tier.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew until cancelled. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period you have already paid for. Payments are not partial or pro-rated, and we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law. All content, software, AI systems, branding, and design on GoMirra are owned by or licensed to First Kind AI Inc. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose only. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of First Kind AI Inc. for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Kind AI Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator on an individual basis, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective, or representative proceeding. All claims must be brought on an individual basis only.
First Kind AI Inc. complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512) as described in our DMCA Policy. To report copyright infringement, contact [email protected] with a description of the work, the location of the infringing material, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief.
Your privacy matters to us. How we collect, use, store, and share personal information - and the privacy rights available to you depending on your location - is described in full in our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy. Please read it before creating an account.
