1. Who We Are

First Kind AI Inc. (“First Kind AI Inc.,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. We operate GoMirra, an AI companion platform designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and over.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains in plain language exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what choices you have.

2. What Personal Information We Collect

•       User Content: messages you send in chat, prompts, uploads you provide (if enabled), and any information you choose to share

b) Payment and subscription information (web-only)

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider(s) (e.g., Stripe). We typically receive:

•       Payment metadata: transaction identifiers, subscription status, and billing country

•       Card data: We do not store full card numbers. Your card details are held exclusively by our payment processor.



c) Technical and usage data

•       Device information: IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type

•       Usage information: pages visited, features used, session duration, and error reports

•       Approximate location: derived from your IP address — we do not track GPS location



d) Voice data

If you choose to use voice features, your audio is processed in real time and discarded immediately after processing. Voice recordings are never stored on our servers.



e) Sensitive information

Because GoMirra is a companion app, your conversations may include personal topics — emotions, health, relationships, and personal circumstances. We treat all conversation content with the highest level of care and only process it to deliver and improve the service. We never use it for advertising.


3. How We Use Your Information

a) To provide the service

•       processing your messages and generating the AI’s responses

•       converting voice input to text and generating voice responses

•       maintaining your conversation history and personalised settings

•       managing your account, subscription, and billing



b) To improve the service

•       analysing anonymised, aggregated usage patterns to improve AI performance

•       refining AI models using de-identified data (explicit consent sought where required by law)



c) For safety, security and legal compliance

•       detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and Terms violations

•       protecting the safety of our users and the public

•       meeting our legal obligations and responding to lawful requests from authorities

4. Sharing Your Information

a) Service providers

We share data with a small number of trusted third-party providers who help us run GoMirra — cloud hosting, our AI model provider, Stripe, analytics tools, and email delivery services. All providers are bound by contract to use your data only on our instructions.



b) Business transfers

If First Kind AI Inc. is involved in a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred. Any changes take effect when the updated version is posted here. Please review this policy periodically.



c) Legal requirements

We may disclose your data where required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.



d) No sale of data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data — ever. This includes under the CCPA definition of “sale” and “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising.


5. Voice Data

Voice recordings are never stored on our servers. Your audio is processed in real time and immediately discarded. No voice recording is ever saved after your session ends.


•       all voice data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher

•       we will never use your voice to build a biometric voice profile without your explicit consent

•       where required by law (Illinois BIPA, Texas CUBI Act, Washington MFIPA), we obtain specific written consent

•       you can disable voice features at any time in your account settings

We only keep your data for as long as necessary:

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Safeguards include Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for EEA transfers, the UK IDTA for UK transfers, and equivalent protections for other regions.

12. AI Processing & Automated Decision-Making

GoMirra uses AI to generate responses in real time. This processing does not make legal decisions about you. Safety systems may flag content for human review, but no automated system makes decisions with material consequences without human oversight.


13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes take effect when the updated version is posted here and apply from the "Last updated" date. Please review this policy periodically.
